We
follow a well-crafted development strategy matured
for technology development. From inception to evaluation,
the iterative development model has been highly successful.
The figure below details the various stages of this

During
the initial phase, our consultants work closely with
the customer’s project teams to understand their
requirements. An extensive planning phase is followed
during which the requirements are captured and agreed
by both the parties. In the Analysis and Design phase,
we develop a blue print of the solution to achieve
the goal. After a thorough discussion and a signoff
by the customer’s team the development begins.
This is a critical step to avoid any budget overruns,
which occur due to change in requirements. During
the Implementation phase an exhaustive pseudo design
is developed to ensure all requirements are mapped.
This is then followed by the actual development. We
dedicate 10% of our overall project budgets to thoroughly
test the product before it is shipped out to the customer.
The customer and the offshore team manager perform
a thorough evaluation to check the effectiveness of
the product. At this stage the entire cycle from planning
to evaluation is repeated in Alpha and Beta stages
to deliver a quality product conforming to the initial
requirement. Once the customer team signs off the
final version, the product is deployed for end users.
